Delivery times may vary depending on the production times of our partner artisans. Since these products involve handmade steps and generally do not have any stock, you should allow at least 30 days before shipping. These lead times can be longer for labor-intensive products. The deadlines are indicated on the product sheet.

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery by email to notify you of their arrival. Standard delivery will be made to the front step of your house/ground floor of your building.

You can make the claim by mail with attached photos within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will exchange or refund the product. Write to us at [email protected]

You have 14 days to return the product in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the package is received, we will refund you within 14 days. Products returned incomplete, spoiled or damaged will not be refunded.

Custom-made products cannot be returned.
